I joined Vp in 2010 as a general assistant for Groundforce in the Maidstone branch, one of the greatest things about working for the business was the recognition I was given for my efforts in this role and the training provided to enable me to progress. Within a two year period I was promoted first to team leader and then to depot foreman with full responsibility of the day to day running of the branch.
After obtaining a good product knowledge and understanding of how the business operates I was entrusted with a technical sales position looking after Central, East, and North London and Essex which over a period of 6 years I was given the chance to develop both personally and professionally through internal and external training.
The company recognises their employee’s career and long term aspirations and I am testimony to this having recently been promoted to Business Development Manager.
